ok, obviously nader is the best choice, but he has no chance of winning. people dont understand that a vote FOR nader is a vote AGAINST kerry, and therefore a vote FOR BUSH!!!! is that what you really want? four more years of that ass hole? i sure hope not. if you want change, you want kerry!
This is the first time I've said this: Shut the fuck up! I'm getting so fucking tired of hearing about the damn election! You can't even vote! Shut the fuck up already! Sorry, I'm just getting really sick of it all. I can't wait until it's all over.
DE FOO DE FOO DE FOO that is Edlish fer FOOL. now, kerry aint gonna change nothing cause he's a dirty lyin capitalist, so who gives a shit? DE FOO. DE FOO. DE FOO. PRINT IT ON YER HEAD.
ok i'll agree with the whole capitalist thing, but i'd rather have a president who realizes that you dont make the choice to be gay. i'd rather have a president who gives me the choice to abort. i'd rather have a president who protested vietnam and realizes that no child left behind is a load of bullshit
It all depends on who you ask... I've also heard a vote for nader is a vote against bush, for kerry... In all truth, a vote for nader is... A vote for nader! WOW, what a suprise huh?
Nader is the best choice? Yep, I nearly spit my water out onto the screen. I'll bet you think he's still on the Green Party ticket, you fucking retard.
Nader isn't running to win. He's running to fight the corrupt two-party system. Just because he's not going to win doesn't mean I'm going to give up, fuck that. Working on his campaign this year kicked ass, I couldn't imagine volunteering for anybody else's (cept maybe Cobb). The point is, shut the fuck up. Ralph knows he's not going to win, he is fighting the two-party system, which is fucked. If you honestly think Kerry is going to do that much better than Bush, you have no right to have your opinion heard. There is a reason that Nader has as much support as he does, even tho its not much. It's because the people who have opened their eyes and researched the candidates and care about this country see that Kerry is a watered-down version of George W., and that a liberal president (which is Nader, since he's had more experience than the other 2 or however many there are)that cares more about home then some foreign war is the kind of president this country needs.
that's exactly my point. sure, nader would make the best president, but he won't win. and kerry probably won't win either, which is why if all the third party votes went to kerry, he would win
Or we could give George Bush all the damn votes so he'll never be able to get elected again... either one will work... at least he's not in Castro's position...
Tell me why Nader would make the best president...I've not heard anyone say something that stupid in a while.
http://www.votenader.org/ I think Soulrebel gave me that website, and I learned a lot about Nader. More than the fact that he's a big reform guy. This man wants to do so much for the environment, more so than either Bush or Kerry can say. In the issues section, I read that he wants to use industrial hemp as an agricultural resource! He recognizes that the Leave No Child Behind Act has slowly faded away, and he believes that there has been too much emphasis on standardized testing. He wants to broaden curriculum in schools so that we can deal with the world around us much better. I really couldn't understand where he stands on tax issues, but I think it's along the lines of what Bush is NOT doing. Maybe someone else can address that. As for health care, here's what the Nader campaign plans to do: "The Nader Campaign favors replacing our fragmented, market-based system with a single-payer health plan - where the government finances health care, but keeps the delivery of health care to private non-profits, and allows free choice of doctors and hospitals for patients." That sounds pretty good to me. I know the government probably can't pay for all that, but just to think that THAT is how our country could operate...That's just awesome. Well, I know you've already asked that a couple of times, seamonster, so there's my answer.
Thanks Free Bird...i appreciate the response, you are actually the first person to reply on all of these forums and you are 14. i still think that we are decades away from even being ready to have a third party canidate as president, as i feel they would not be able to get anything done in the partisan government, but at least you've done some research.
