they're also known to occasionally eat other species of dolphins, if i am not mistaken. i may very well be, as i'm not too knowledgable about such things. but i remember "learning" that at some point
hey, they aren't put on this earth to please you, waking life! thats a very selfish thing to think. they're put on this earth to please me and be my friends.
ok. That is fine. I've never had a relationship with a dolphin that lasted anyway. Would you please tell them to try to learn to change colour. Preferably like that little cuttlefish guy with the stripes.
plus their coloration helps them not get predated on.. its called counter shading. when you look down on them, they look dark, and match the ocean depths. but when you look at them from above, they have white bellies which blend in against the light shining through he water...
i think they're pretty snazzy as is.. except for the "killer whale" nickname.. they should be called HUGE KILLER DOLPHINS WATCH THE FUCK OUT!
Well what has two tone done for me lately? If they were more colourful fewer sharks would want to eat them.
not true. more colors would probably make them more attractive to predators. unless they had colorful scales, which distort and flash light (and thereby confuse sharks,etc)... but they dont, because they aren't fish.
Hahaha. But yes, they are among the coolest animals ever. Together, perhaps, with baby sloths and lemurs. But really, all vertebrates are pretty fuckin awesome as far as I'm concerned.
yeah .... see thats what I'm saying. They shouldn't let the classifications box them in. If they want colour changing skin, they should get it. It works for those green and orange frogs, no one wants to eat them because all the lions think they are poisonous. Do you think the frogs cared when we said 'oh you can't have orange skin because you're a frog'? No. They made their skin orange. oooooohhhh.... they should also make their skin malleable so they could make saddles for their trainers at sea world. Then you wouldn't have to use horse saddles on dolphins.
that is what they are called. or at least, that is what I call them. when we hang out. but i've earned it. dont you call them that. that's THEIR word.
here's a pic of it : http://photos-630.ll.************/photos-ll-sf2p/v110/137/42/30900630/n30900630_30273087_4288.jpg
hahah yeah.. that was him. i dont know if i was holding it right... i dont think there's really a wrong way to hold a sloth. lol. they just... sit there. they don't even care. i just put him back in a tree.
you should have kept it. I would have. Looking at that face has already made me laugh about three times. Imagine coming home all stressed out about work and pissed off at the traffic and then you walk in the door and that face is looking up at you?! Man! Thats like instant good mood.
