I used to use Advanced Nutrients Piranha and Voodoo Juice. Exactly the same products as these only these are around half the price, maybe even more.

Why does anybody use microbes? Use less nutrients, less salt build ups. some extrra amino acids are released.. pathogen control... better nutrient take up. Lots of good reasons for using microbes.

all i ever use are the basic nutrients with microbes. that's it. no fancy bloom boosters or anything.

i've already bought the products now and i'll report back if they're as good as Advanced Nutrients.

plant roots and fungi are symbiotic. fungi break down minerals in soil to a form plants can absorb. the plants in return secrete carbohydrates for the fungi to consume.

    What he said ^^^

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mycorrhiza

This is why some people use a bit of blackstrap molassas , to feed these lil critters.
They are the basis of all organic growth. Ditch the non organic fertilizers that kill the microrganisims, start with organic soil that contains mycorrhiza, a dash of organic ferts in flowering, and you're well on your way to quality organic ganj.
