How accurate are they? I want to buy one so I can see where I'm at. Are the drug tests the State uses more accurate? Ie: If I pass an OTC test, is there still a chance there are metabolite in my urine than can be detected by the Man?
I've never taken an otc test, but I'd assume they're not 100% accurate since those cleansing things and the fake piss are much more expensive, yet widely popular. So its not accurate, or stoners are a bunch of paranoid fucks. I doubt its the paranoid thing, though.
From what I've read it depends on the type of test you are comparing it to. Most workplaces administer the exact same drug screen that you can buy OTC. Then if there is reason for suspition, like watered down urine, they will send a sample to a lab. A lab can detect drugs in far less parts per million. I don't remember the exact ppm but I believe it is far more accurate. Hope this helps.
Everything I've read reports concentration in ng / ml. Apparently the cut off is 50 but can be as low as 15.
