If the elections were held today, who would you vote for, and why? (Assume everyone who votes gets one Electoral College vote.)

I'm an anarchist so I wont be voting. But I will say this... the ones with too high morals I wouldnt want others voting for them. So far I think Hillary has too high morals for some reason.

oh yah cause when Obama or Clinton is elected, they will totally bring back all our troops.

just like those democrats are doing RIGHT NOW.

how long has it been guys? January? Nothing has changed. The thiefs still plunder from the commom man to contunue this war, which has already seen a surge.

come on guys, open your eyes. there is no difference between guillini and obama besides the fact that they are PHONY. The only thing that differs is they have subtly different ways of fucking us.

Haven't any of these self proclaimed dem cheerleaders learned anything? We are still tangled up in a war that we were promised would end when the dems took control MONTHS ago..and yet we see a surge..hmm..maybe because there is not actually much of a difference between 95% of these people! Open your eyes, do your research! What is given to us by media is bogus.

PS The only legit man, Ron Paul. He is conviently being ignored...hmm..kinda fishy eh?

I dont know much about ron paul....nothing, as a matter of fact. But as of lately, he's being brought to my attention.....I will research him (but isnt he a repub?)

as far as the dems not bringing the troops home, ol' Bushy keeps vetoing every proposal brought to him for pulling out. as long as that asshole is in the white house, nothing is going to change. They are doing what they can. Dickbag is doing everything in his power to countercurrent it. It remains to be seen what a Democratic president will do.

Please people look up Ron Paul if you do not know of him. He is the most popular candidate on the internet and most viewed on YouTube. America is in a crisis and his ideas are very patriotic and he is a true American. Save us all and save the future. Thank You.

Don't let the parties distract you
    like they distract everyone else.
It's much like the hot topic issues
    (ie: abortion, gay marriage)
They're invented by the media to keep the mass of men
    distracted from the REAL issues.

We're losing our freedom and it's going fast..
Ron Paul actually looks like a glimmer of hope
and I suggest America holds onto that glimmer.

I mean, why do you think he's being ignored?
Because he gives us the possibility
of bringing America back to it's roots.

Hillary cant f@ck up anymore than the men have done. NO offense to men.
BUT it's not about f@cking it up MORE, it's about getting someone in there to fix these problems.
Ron Paul seems the way to go. Good thing I will be able to vote next election day. That is, if he keeps it up. I dont trust politicians because they will say shit just to get elected. Rich dummies who want power.
However, like I said, he seems the way to go.

Isn't funny you haven't heard anything about him? He's been in the race longer than Obama. Yes he's a republican, but he's ignored by them as well as the democrats. I think it's time to think outside the party box, and ask what each of them will do for the common man, and require them to honestly answer that question.

Sure she can, and probably will. Supporting her simply because she's a woman is the wrong way to think. Remember she's a woman that stood by her man...a man that valued his marriage so much he dallied around with an intern and made a mockery of his office and his marriage. That's not a big selling point with me. I would have more faith in her if she'd moved herself and child out of the whitehouse, when it happened.

And never forget she voted to approve going into this war. There's no excuse I can see that justifies that sort of misinformation. Why should we expect her information or judgement to be any better today?

Hillary is patriarchy in women's clothing. She's been in the whitehouse before--she's witnessed what power is and she wants nothing more than to get back there. And she USED to support radical healthcare reform, until she allowed herself to get paid off by Big Pharma. Oh, and then she voted for the war. Spineless bloodsucker, that one.

I support Obama, but as I've expected, he's recently shown his true politician side, which I knew was going to happen, but it still depresses me some. What I HATE is when people criticize his lack of experience...WTF???!!!!

Politics is the OPPOSITE of surgery...The more experience a surgeon has, the better they get. The more experience a politician has, the more CORRUPT they get!!!! Hello??!!! Am I the only one who realizes this?

Oh, and I checked out Ron Paul's website, and I can't really see what's so drastically different about him.

Every one else puts there political spin on it. Paul looks to the constitution for what his actual powers are.

Democrat or republican he's the only one that seems to concerned with contitutionality.

    One last example:

    http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18478985/page/18/

How often do any of these candidates every speak about freedom expression? Without coaching their replies with instituting restrictions that will protect your children. I think parent's should protect their own children, our government should protect our right of free expression as outlined under the constitution first, before selling their restrictions to parents that wish someone else to be responsible for their children (much as they hire au pairs to raise them), because they are too busy with their careers to focus on the safety of their own family. What is more important that you have a "career", or that you are a responsible parent. And why is that you can't be both, you need the government to protect your kids while you slave away for a corporate god?

    other -- Dennis Kucinich

    edit. from wikipedia:

I could vote enthusiastically for him. For someone like Obama... I'd probably vote for him if he won the primaries, but I'd do so with minimal enthusiasm.
