    Damn! I wish I could watch this! [​IMG] We don't get PBS here in the UK sadly..

    ohh awesome!!! I just set myself for a email reminder on these shows, I can watch it either tuesday or wednesday, since I have pbs out of topeka and kc.... man, pbs has a bunch of good rock n roll programs anymore....... I saw the grateful dead movie on this station, and it kicked ass!

    But also being in the UK I'm only go to see it if someone caps it and torrents it - hint hint!

    I saw the documentary tonite....... it was pretty good! I enjoyed it.

    I just finish watching it. It was good. I liked seeing some of their old footages from concerts. I wish I could get some of them on tape.

    They did a good job of tracing the groups history from being a Do-op group to Funkadelic/Parliament I thought. They had several artist like Rick James,Ice Cube and Shock G in it talking about P-Funk's influence on them.

    I'd like to see more profiles on Sly & The Family Stone like a VH1 Behind the music etc. They were in some ways P-Funk before P-Funk as far as being non-traditional,open,Funky,their costumes and dress etc.
