    Hi peeps, so.....here's my problem
Everytime I straighten my right leg my knee makes a popping/snapping sound, then sends shooting pain down the back of my leg.
when I pivot my body the force jars my knee, it also swells and goes
    a little numb.
the doctor that i went see told me it could be one of 3 things-
    ripped cartelage
broken piece of bone in my knee
    pulled ligament
he made an apointment for me with a specialist
i am 20 and otherwise in pretty good shape, active, and vegan
so any advice or suggestion about this would be really helpfull
it sucks i have to hobble around with a cain
    thanks, peace and love,

All of the above take a long time to heal. They're not soft tissue and will require time to mend themselves.

You need to have an in-depth examination. You don't want to heal in the wrong way and cripple you later in life.

    Get'er done.
