I'm not terribly into thrash metal, but Pantera's DVDs are incredible, they're so fucking destructive and hilarious offstage... awesome. And everyone's got to love Cowboys from hell, of course. And I like The great southern trendkill a lot too.
they're alright. i used to listen to them when i was in one of my normal teenage phases, this being into all of those thrash metal bands: Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, Mercyful Fate...ugh..i'm glad i'm out of that one.
i fucking love pantera. RIP dimebag darrell (ONE of the best guitar players to ever have lived in my opinion)
I was just getting into pantera right before dimebag died........ sucks...... because theyve been around forever, and I never really got into them until a couple years ago.
i remember my brother almost cried when dimebag died. thank god for my brother getting me into pantera.
cool i was wonderin if there where any fans around here i think all their cds are cool but i think vulgar display of power is my favourite
Haha. The last few days I'm totally into Power metal (not as in the genre in general but Pantera's album). It's greatly entertaining.
i am a metal head. i love metal. actually i love any kind of music that someone puts in my ear, but metal is my favorite by far. probably because i love the way they make the instruments sound. and the fact that in metal, you can say what you feel and not have to worry about someone not likeing it. because metal is all about expressing yourself no matter what.
i am a huge pantera fan. i have every album. my favorite is probably cfh or far beyond driven. me and my cousin both had the privelege of meeting dime a few years back. he threw my cousin a cup full of beer and he still has the cup to this day. he also got to meet him again exactly seven nights before he got killed. but i didnt get to go with him that night. :$ such a pity that people dont have the brainpower to realize, hey killing someone is stupid!!
awesome band. Love 'Far beyond driven' and 'The great southern trend kill'. I got to see them twice, and both times they were awesome. Dimebag-r.i.p
