Seriously for the past four days now, all I've felt like is bananas. I went out almost in the middle of the night a couple nights ago to get bananas. Everything else makes me want to barf and no I am not pregnant. i thought it was because I was quitting pot, so I purchased some, but still I am only hungry for bananas and we don't have bananas so I ate just enough saltines to not feel sick from being hungry. I've had a quesidilla two bowls of brown rice cereal, cinnimelts (which made me super sick) half a 6 inch veggie and cheese sub, and more bananas than I can count in the past 4 days. What the fuck is up with this. SHould I go to the doctor? I am not pregnant and I am not having vomitting or the runs.
maybe something chemically is changing in you from not smoking. i get crazy cravings sometimes too. bananas = mosquito bites!
for sure better than my wheaties addiction. fuck yes at the fiber content but damn the calorie intake. how much did you lose? ode to bananas :cheers2:
*looks over at bananas* hhhmmmmm..... *looks down at gut* i'm getting one of those headaches with pictures.... hhhhhmmmmmm
I've lost 18 pounds in less than 2 months. The banana thing's only been since Monday. I lost it from switching from sugar to agave nectar and switching from lattes to homeade coffee with low-fat milk and after I made that switch (the no sugar one), I lost my appetite completley. It's awesome unless we're going out to eat or somethign and I can't enjoy my food, it makes me feel sick.
Don't wheaties have a lot of fiber? My doctor told me that you can substract insoluable fiber from the calories because you're not going to absorb them.
I go through cravings off and on where I simply must have a certain food/drink. Sometimes my cravings will last for days on end. Then I get tired of whatever it is I was craving and won't want it for again for a long time. Last night I was majorly craving apple juice. I have no idea why, but I wanted it sooo bad.
i love bananas too, the other day i didn't just feel like eating them, i put them in every thing i cooked. i made banana brownies. they're a natural energy source too so i dig that-
