people need to not be so serious all the time

i was in my room in the basement and my older sister and her friend were outside and my sisters freind said "dont come out right now" so i say why? and my sister comes over and says "becuase she is changing" so i say jokingly "thats a whole reason to come out!" and my whole family got real mad. i wasnt being serious i was joking around. man, people need to lighten up.

I probably woulda just rolled my eyes and punched the OP in the arm if such a thing happened to me, but I'm used to folks joking about sex and things of the like.

 

i do agree people should lighten up, but if you do something wrong they have the right to be upset
