Pills online?

    So what's the deal with ordering pills online? Is it as simple as placing an order and making a payment? (i wouldn't think so but.....) and do you need to be careful where you order from...i.e. getting ripped off? How sketchy is the whole thing? Any insight would be great~:)

    Yea, you really gotta be carful who you order from, there are tons of places out there but hard to find legit places.
