Yeah, I mean, there are some juices on the market which shouldn't even be called juice, particularly the ones on the juice isle of a grocery store. Many of these do have added sugar. But even the fresh juices that many grocery stores are now beginning to offer in the produce section have way too much sugar as well. Yes, it is sugar from a natural source (fruit), but it is still sugar nonetheless, and it's actually the worst kind of sugar since it needs to first be metabolized by the liver, where it can do a lot of harm in such large amounts. Fructose from fruit is processed the same way by the body as high fructose corn syrup. A single serving of juice has about as much sugar as an equal amount of soda. People don't realize that when they drink juice, they're drinking the equivalent to about 6 or 7 pieces of fruit. They're getting all the sugar, but missing out on most of the fiber and important antioxidants.
What? Fruit juice? Doesn't that seem to depend on the actual juice? I even noticed 'orange juice light'/diet OJ Yeah, this part seems worthy to emphasize. I don't think most people are thinking of that when trying to be healthy by drinking juice INSTEAD of eating some fruit.
I like juicing...but usually consists of kale. spinach, parsley, cucumbers, celery, a lot of greens and ginger maybe one fruit if even any added to the mix...I do agree that any packaged fruit juice is like a sugar soda......nekter juices are pretty good though:daisy:

We thanked him and as he was figuring out whether to write a check or give cash and the Guy's who ran Team Link explained who I was and how I would make certain he got a receipt...Gabby remembered how one of the Team Link guy's had told Gabby how good I was in a large number of Martial Arts and Gabby asked me if I was the guy who had been practicing a new form of Martial Art designed for close infighting and used to CHAIN PUNCH in ally's that were only 30 to 40 inches across....so Gabby asked if I was the Chain Punching guy and I said yes. Gabby is almost identical in height and weight as me but when I fight it is VERY REAL....and as a JOKE I said to Gabby...Hey!! I will tell you what....you bring me down to the mat first I will put in my $300 Charity Donation and YOUR $300 Donation under YOUR NAME!! Now the guy's at Team Link KNEW what I was...and they KNEW...I would not hurt Gabby but Gabby had been throwing these guy's around for so long they figured a bit of payback was in order! LOL!!! Gabby agreed to the deal. Now...just to point out...Gabby figured I was some rich guy who loved the UFC so Gabby did not exactly take me seriously when start time was called...that is Gabby did not take me serious until about 7 seconds later when he found himself down on the mat!!! LOL!!! Gabby wanted to be again....and this time....$1000 each total....winner get's the whole amount in their name as a donation loser pays. I said OK....this time...12 seconds later...Gabby was picking himself off the mat. I will say this for Gabby...when he is fighting...he is a serious and dedicated competitor. When he win's he is magnanimous....when Gabby loses...he is PISSED....but he want's to know IMMEDIATELY what he did wrong and what the other person...in this case me...did right...that is how dedicated he is to his craft. I explained not only was I an expert in a wide form of Martial Arts but as well an expert in many unconventional Martial Arts Forms such as Russian Systema and Sambo....and the relatively new American SOCOM derived Martial Art known as High Velocity Applied Heavy Mass Strike. Gyms are a waste of money IMO. Unless you aim to be Hercules or something and actually need the weights. As for cardio fuckin' go outside for a walk, a jog. Just get outside and do it. As if you'd pay good money to walk on a machine when there's footpaths, fresh air and all that outside for free.
Prior to the beginning of the Industrial Revolution such issues as Heart Disease and Strokes were uncommon to say the least. What I eat and the way I at and exercise is advised as the diet and exercise needed for a person who does acts of extreme physical activity. As well....eating large amounts of High Protein and Omega Fatty Acids allows a person to increase memory, thought, reasoning and calculative ability 10 fold. I also eat a wide variety of organic vegetables I grow in my own garden. I also have a Plumb tree, Delicious Apple Tree....5 Apples in One Tree...Small Delicious, Granny Smith, Macintosh, Empire and Maca something apple. I have both Red and Black Raspberries and Black Berries as well as Currents a good Walnut Tree, Blueberries and Strawberries and I grow just about everything....as well I take a Multivitamin each day. But I eat like a HORSE...5000 to 7500 calories a day. Margarine....should not be eaten Butter is better for a person. Dairy is a MUST for proper digestion and a person like myself only eats 2 pieces of fruit a day and 1 piece of fruit for those trying to lose weight. TooReal

8am...It's usually 5000 but after I run a 20 Km 3 times a month...7,500 calories is easy. I start my day with a 8 oz O.J....10 eggs over easy and 2 pieces of 12 WHOLE grain BREAD...as some bread makers lie....and a good amount of butter on the bread and on the eggs. Sometimes I make Cheese and Mushroom Omelette with the juice and bread and I eat 1 Pear....as well I consume 2 Yogurts and 1 small NY Strip Steak. I also drink a glass of whole milk...16 oz.....and sometimes I add bacon or sausage to all this. 11 am...after I come back from either 6 mile or 11 mile run as I alternate each day...and I RUN...sometimes with weights....I eat 6 boiled eggs and a large piece of Water Mellon. Another Yogurt and I eat some unsalted nuts. 1 pm....Salad with mostly greens and 1/2 Tomato black olives, carrot, celery, unfrozen green peas, chick peas and Black Eyed Peas....28 oz of Iced Tea no sugar. 2 Large Pork Chops or 1 whole chicken....stir fried Olive Oil, Broccoli Rabbet...with Garlic.....Pieve of Chocolate with Almonds for desert. 3 pm...more boiled eggs....Dried Venison Strips....can of Green Beans with butter. 5 Pm...Yogurt....piece of Chedder. 6 pm....Massive Porterhouse, Venison, Strip, Ribeye...etc Steak....lot's of Vegetables....etc. 8pm...more food... 9pm...more food... 11, 1pm...more food. If I am about to fly out...I CARBO BOOST....eating Complex Carbs...but Whole Wheat Pasta.....total Carbo Boost....20,000 to 35,000 calories. TooReal
