so i think im having a heart attack im not sure, i took 2 tabs of lsd about 8 hours ago and about an hour ago i got this like throbbing sensation in my left arm. It feels really tight like wen they put that inflatable thing around ur arm to take ur blood pressure. It comes and goes in intensity from none to a lot, and actually kinda hurts wen it kicks in, its been happening the last hour, am i having a heart attacK??? it has been subsiding but it definitely doesnt feel right still. i kno this might seem all really crazy but im worried and couldnt think of anywhere else to post plz any opinions
sit the fuck down, goof!!... youre tripping... go drink some water and eat a piece of toast with sugar and butter.. you are fine..
Here's reality: Nobody working in the ED cares that a patient has taken a drug, except in terms of how the drug may affect the patient. So don't let paranoia influence your decision.
i might be late, but breath. Sometimes you slow your breathing unintentionally and then the blood doesn't get circulated fast enough. hope all went/is well!
^finally a proper answer. Jesus christ, people. Give the guy a break. he's on acid, yes, but that doesn't mean that it's ok to give shitty answers. This is a forum for people experimenting with different kind of chemicals. You have to expect these kind of questions.
fuck off with your righteous bullshit...do you actually think he typed a legible post in the middle of a heart attack....give your fuckin head a shake
^^ There's the question - how are you? Not to get involved in an argument, but it needs to be said that (1) the chances are that it wasn't a heart attack, but when the stakes are life, best to play very conservatively and (2) people do all sorts of things in the middle of a heart attack - a legible post wouldn't be that far out.
Alrighty well looking back, the idea that I was having a heart attack was kind of ridiculous, but I was out of it on acid, and you can't understand things quite as well as you usually do. I had an intense pain and tightness in my left arm and approaching into my chest. I've always heard a pain in your left arm and chest meant a heart attack and since I was on LSD I got very worried. I couldn't come to any other conclusions. After it didn't go away for an hour, and was still very intense, I was worrying even more, and decided to look up the symptoms of a heart attack and realized I displayed quite a few of them. This was when I got really worried and posted here for advice. About two hours into the pain, and after taking a shower I was feeling significantly better, but had already gotten my mom so worked up she wanted to take me to the ER. I tried protesting but eventually gave in and went, always better safe than sorry, especially as someone said with life or death situations. I really didn't mind going as the LSD had significantly worn off in intensity and I got to have my mom there putting all of her love into me. Having my mom show so much love and worry for me was a great feeling as all we've been doing was fighting recently. We ended up bonding a lot and I definitely don't regret going. It turned out I was just really dehyrdrated haha(I had been drinking significant amounts all night too but I guess it wasn't enough). But all in all having what I thought to be was a near death experience was very eye-opening and gives me much more gratitude for this life. And thanks for the help most people, appreciate it.
No way, all the doctors thought I was on cocaine though, and I had to give a urine sample to be tested. I knew I'd be fine thanks to the wonderful fact LSD doesn't show up .
I'm sorry but how does this have anything to do with this post in any way??? I didn't trip for shits and giggles at all. I was actually meditating for about 2-3 hours throughout the peak before all of this happened.
lets all read the very first post after chris started his massive coronary and stroke....so stop with critique because none of y'all were any where to be found when chris started stroking out....i was here....orison was here...both within minutes of the op...if you people have better answers then stay here and post them but dont come round after the dude is already home from the ER and critique my answers to the thread.... chris....glad you arent dead
