FYI, I started a new regimen 5 months ago that has stopped my pms.

    1. Hemp Shake in the morning: hemp protein powder, hemp milk and banana blended with ice
    2. Calcium/Magnesium at night
    3. Acupuncture about day 12 of my cycle
    4. Exercise

I heard about the omega 3/6's in hemp, so I gave it a go. I no longer get depression or have insomnia and my energy level no longer drops.
    Very, very helpful.

    Best wishes

I just got on Marvelous "Marvelon". All my PMS troubles are over (and have been for a few years now). As I grew up with precocious puberty and developed breasts at age 6 got my period when I was 8, I also grew up with immense PMS cramps, boating, and emotional torment. Every month was as if I was giving birth to a child. I'd be whining and moaning and holding my breath as I curled into a ball and rolled around on the floor in agony. Although I never tried natural remedies (my English teacher suggested Yoga one day when I got my period in high school and started crying in the middle of 'reading', but I thought she was a weirdo so I ran home), Marvelon as been great to me. I started on Alesse but it made me even more emotional (even when I wasn't menstruating), but this is just wonderful. Which reminds me, it's time to take my pill :)
