I had to take this test for the politics course I'm taking in school... I think it's interesting... It has a series of statements that you can either agree or disagree with. Based on that, it plots on a graph where your political views are. Instead of just a Left/Right scale, there are two axes, so it looks like this: Post where it put you on the chart. Here's the link. http://www.politicalcompass.org This is mine:
mine is incredibly left liberal like the OP... a little more libertarian though, a little less liberal. what does that mean?
Here's mine: My coordinates were 0.88 (Economic Left/Right) x -3.54 (Social Libertarian/Authoritarian) and placed me in the Libertarian Right quadrant.
We are not far off each other are we? I want Pressed Rat and Aristatle and the other political animals to do this test (however they may feel about it's methods).
yeah yeah and i share the same political views as ghandi.. trust me i find the results vague at best..
True. But comparing people in relationship to this test is putting us all on the same level. However vague that test might be.
Perhaps that may have skewed your results. I think you come across as a right wing nutter to be honest
Oh come on....I'm not that bad ! I really don't know the first thing about politics. All I know is that I'd like to be the first lady one day
No, you are not. As you don't post much, if at all, in the politics forum, or spread your political persuasions around here, i'm just yanking your chain. It is nice to see where you are whatever the flaws of the test are or your knowledge is. I did the test 3-4 years ago knowing a lot less and still came out roughly the same now. You have 6% chance of becoming first lady.
