Poll for Americans who have visited Washington D.C./Washington D.C. residents who have spent a significant amount of time in another US city and remember that city's street design

Question: Is their anything kind of weird about Washington D.C.'s street design to you?

not really...ever gone to pittsburgh? try understanding that weird ass crop circle pattern they got going on..or huntingdon where every street is 1 way and has some obscure curve at the most inconvenient time...dc is fairly easy to understand in my oppinion compared to these places

I lived in DC for a little while (only passed through Pittsburgh and maybe Huntingdon,) and the street layout did seem a little odd to me. I'm watching this documentary on pagan religion's connection with Washington's design and architecture. You might like it: http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/showthread.php?t=381869.
