i read about how some people have withraw symptoms from ganja and i havent smoke in about 2months and i have a hardcore migraine, and numb legs. i havent done anything in those 2 months so it couldnt be a drug causeing it. just wondering if someone could help me on this. later
Through my understanding, I have read that your migraine headaches as well as your numb legs could very much so be a part of withdraws. Uh, of course it has to do with your smoking history , how long you have been smoking for, how often you smoke and also the quantity of the herb you blazed.
well, if it is weed withdrawals it would have certainly took you less then two month to feel them. so, I dont think weed is the cause here... anyway, I heared ppl talking of weed withdrawals. Some mentioned acute headaches and even nausea. personally when I stay a day without smoking (which didnt happen in 3 months), I dont get hungry and have difficulity to sleep...
i get terrible nausea. it's really odd. but then again, i have the weirdest reactions to everything...
Use it, don't abuse it. If you're blazing out of your skull day in day out, of course there's gonna be withdrawal symptoms of some nature, but numb legs? That's a new one on me. Whenever I smoke chronically for a long period of time, I'll find a day without pot murder, the next day even worse. The 3rd day, I get my mind and motivation back on target and if I stay off it for about a week, I start to forget what being stoned even feels like. It might be fun to blaze as much as you can but you don't wanna turn that fun into a (psychologically) essential requirement. Also, have any everyday stoners noticed that if you go a day or two without pot and manage to get sleep, you wake up REMEMBERING your dreams in vivid detail? Man, what drug can make you actually believe you can fly?? None so far in my experience, but it happens in dreams!
Its all mental. Weed isn't addictive, therefore there is no withdrawal. Possible psychological dependence means, that if you smoke all the time, and then stop you may find yourself overly depressed, you wont vomit, or have numb legs, ESPECIALLY after 2 months, by that time there is no trace left in your body at all. I know a girl that always thought you could get withdrawal from weed, and when she'd stop smoking for a few days she'd seem to have withdrawal similar to nicotine, so eventually I showed her a lot of info on weed withdrawal, and after that she didn't have any withdrawal symptoms. ITS ALL IN YOUR HEAD MAN!
weed withdrawal is very real; it is both psychological as well as physiological. it's very gentle when compared to most drugs, however. for a regular smoker, it should only be "bad" for a couple days after quitting. in other words, you should certainly not be experiencing marijuana-related problems two months later...
Yes, there there is psychological withdrawal. Of course, if you happened to smoke decent pot every day for a couple of years and then suddenly broke the habit, you'd understand what that entails.
If withdrawal relates to a physical addiction. There is NO withdrawal, only opiates, nicotine, and a select few other drugs, very few, cause actual withdrawal. Weed is not addictive, therefore it has no withdrawal. Psychological dependence means you are so used to being happy because you are always high that when you stop you feel sad, thats about it, you're sad, for like 3-5 days, then you are fine. Stop the myth weed is not addictive therefore it has NO WITHDRAWAL!
I just lose my appetite for a few days. I'm so used to intense munchies that normal hunger fails to register.
If you are having a migrane, try doubling your water intake. flush out all of the minerals, metals and salts. You should be pissing every 90 to 120 minutes. Migrane will go away.
well i dunno about weed withdrawal ...cause i used to blaze like a wildfire in a potfield..and i havent touched it in 2 months and im perfect..its plobaly all psychologycal..numbness can be from not moving ,and migraines come from a lot of different sources...like watching too much porn and cartoons.
i've seen intense smokers break a heavy sweat from not having their weed fix for just a single day. i've seen (and experienced) the psychological side effects as well: changes in mood--irritability, frustration, etc and drug craving (although the craving is both physiological as well as psychological). withdrawal from marijuana is real, whether you want to admit it or not. it's just that it's not comparable to the withdrawal intensity that characterizes other drugs such as alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, etc. obviously, weed is not the same thing as heroin. there is no comparison, even. but just because weed is natural, non-toxic, and seemingly innocent, does not mean that it has no negative properties attached to it. the withdrawal from regular marijuana use, however unbelievably minor, is still scientifically measurable both in brain changes and neural adaptation and psychological/mental effects.
the only withdrawal i had from pot is that everytime i hear music i start seeing shit like imagining things and seeing visuals...without smoking lol
migraines, common. headaches often occur for most withdrawl symptoms. the numb legs may be due to poor circulation but i'm no doctor... if it doesn't get any better, or if it gets worse and more frequent within a few weeks i would say definitely get it checked. it may be some health problem not related to weed smoking at alll....

There is NO physical addiction, only psychological, and you can become psychologically addicted to EVERYTHING thats pleasent. Stop spreading myths purplegel. BUT WAIT! Look what I found http://www.helpguide.org/mental/depression_signs_types_diagnosis_treatment.htm Hmm, your symptoms seem like depression, which is a withdrawal effect of weed, you become sad/depressed, so the depression causes this. So I'd say you are more depressed than withdrawing from weed, interesting link though.
