    Hello Everybody,

My sister is suffering from pain and swelling in the joints. One of our family friends who is a medical representative suggests her to take Dolobid. He is in this profession from last 15 years and earlier his suggestions are quite helpful for us. But I want to consult a physician before taking any action. What should I discuss with my physician before giving her Dolobid? Please help me. I will appreciate any information regarding this.

I think she needs to talk to her physician, or you need to talk to her phycisian for her. Her doctor is the one that knows her medical history, medications, etc, and could make a decission about if Dolobid is appropriate for her.

    Hey Kays,

I will suggest you to consult your physician before giving Dolobid to her. Tell your Doctor if she is already taking any other drug. You must inform your doctor if she is suffering from ulcer in stomach, any liver or kidney problem, coagulation disorder, or high blood pressure. She must avoid Diflunisal if she is pregnant or if she is breast feeding. I will suggest you again to consult your physician before giving her Dolobid. I also inform you that Dolobid is very effective in treatment of problems related to arthritis such as pain in joints, swelling, and inflammation of joints.
