You all know Precious Moments, right? It's a company that makes innocent, cutesy, pious li'l people to make figurines of, put on greeting cards, and many other things. Here's an example.

One of my friends from childhood used to have lots of these things around her house. I never liked them--they belonged to a world that I wasn't part of, even then. I was too rascally for Precious Moments.
Anyways, I had a dream that there were these Precious Moments pictures depicting teenagers in the sixties, doing drugs, making their parents mad, going gaga for the Beatles, having sex, lots of things like that. Let me tell you, it was really weird to see Ringo as a Precious Moments...person/thing.
It was so real, though. I had to search on Google for "Precious Moments and the Beatles".
    Nothing came up.

    What could it MEAN?

When I read your thread title I thought of the song, "Precious and few are the the moments we can share..."

It would seem that someone or something is reminding you of innocence, an innocence which you find abhorrent, perhaps simpleminded, naive.

Since it was Ringo Starr who was in your dream, do you know anyone who reminds you of him, who speaks like him, who smile like him, who has the same type of hairstyle? This may be a dream of warning, that this person you will not like.

    It's just a thought.

I think Ringo may represent a happy go lucky approach to something you inwardly desire to do. His compositions were pretty much upbeat and lighthearted. Maybe there is something also that your subconcious is trying to mask. Innocence generally goes back to childhood...and in covering the innocence with more recent antics and rebelliousness, perhaps you are trying to push an issue out of your mind that needs to be dealt with ASAP.
    Just a stab...
Love, Peace, & Freedom to you...
