I have an ex friend who uses getting raped as an excuse to make girls feel sorry enough to sleep with him. One of his lines: "I just don't feel any affection unless it's sexual."

From a psychological point of view, it varies... depending on the situation some of the victims turn to sex. On the other hand, some are never able to have a real relationship afterwards. It just depends on several different aspects. The level of affection is understandable in a way, however, he has been in serious relationships before. The last relationship went on for a year, and it came down to morals. When he began to realize the girl wanted to wait until there was a commitment, he became distant and used his past as an excuse as to why he had less and less contact. "Because of my past, I cannot get any closer to you until we have sex." Thus, trying to guilt her into having sex with him because of what happened.
