"probable cause"?

    besides seeing lighters, pipes, or weed, what else counts as "probable cause" for cops to be able to search your car?

    everything that has anything to do with pot

    i dont kno but smell and smoke are probable

    Lighters are most definately not P.C.
    Smell/Smoke/Anything in plain view (papers, pipes, weed itself, a gun) and intoxicated behavior are all P.C.
    The cops can search anywhere in your car "Within Arm's reach" of the driver without probable cause, although they need a reason to pull you over in the first place.
