Probation questyion.-

Well did some stupid stuff and ended up getting probation for about 9 months - 1 year, which my lawyer said it's usually 2 years. Now i was planning on going on a roadtrip with a few friends during the summer and i was told if i was going anywhere i would need a travel permit.
Is going on a roadtrip a good enough reason to get a permit, will they let me leave just for a few weeks?
This is my first time on probation..

I'll give you the best advice I can.

I'm on juvenile probation and I can't even camp... My p.o. said I should be near authority more. If you plan on smoking on said road trip you would probably be fucked, but if you don't then I wouldn't even ask.

 

I was on probation a lot a few years back... house arrest, all that bullshit.
Just ask for a permit, have a good reason for it, they will give it up. If not, ask again, then for sure they will.
So, do you have a PO? Do you get drug tested?
