I would like to be vegetarian but i do bodybuilding.. I eat 8 times a day... much of meat, for lunch i can eat whole chicken myself and i need lot of energy and food... without meat i am lost.. what should i do?
If you're already making these excuses for yourself, it's probably not going to work out. Just keep munchin' the corpses, you'll be aiight.

I don't think you need meat to be a bodybuilder. Sure, most of them do eat meat, it's probably easier to get protein that way, but with extra effort you can get all the protein you need from plants, eggs, etc

hi mayco! you surely love to eat meat but I think you don't need to be vegan because you do bodybuilding. You can still take vegetables and take vitamins and protein supplements. But since, you used to eat meat, I think there's nothing wrong with that.
