I've been germinating some seeds for over a week and they still haven't sprouted. I'm using the wet paper towel method, the water temp is about 75-80 degrees fareignheit (sp?) and the water's pH is neutral. Do i have bad seeds?

I have been having similar problems. The seeds germinated in the paper towel, and have been underground for 5 days and no sprouting plants (I believe its too hot, the soil is reading at 85 degrees F). Is there anything I can do to save the seeds?
