I just hung out with a buddy of mine I've know for 12 years. It's weird seeing us both growing older together.

I see him do certain things and...he looks so old and fragile. :xmas:

Unlike dude when I first met 'em. Explain.

I'm pretty protective to all my friends. If they ever need anything, I hope they'll all come to me.

I curbstomped someone one time because he said "fuck you" and slapped a friend of mine in the head.

    I think I over-react sometimes.

Do women do the disguised affection thing? Seriously, this is one of the things I hate about being male...lol.

You want to say, I love you, and it comes out: "Yeah, motherfucker. Knock your teeth out." [IMG]

Eh. I love people alot alot. And sometimes 'i love you' slips right the fuck out (when it shouldnt yet) and I actually cant help it. true story.

I feel so warm when I think about my guy friends. Cause I need em.

Like when Im at the bar and this really drunk huge dude started hitting on me and my guy friends pulled me outta there :D Theyre good boys.

or when I was at this show on Fri with my bestie, and peope started crowd surfing, which I must say, is so obnoxious I hate it. I cant hold someone up. I was freaking out they would fall on me and I basically hid under my friend Eric haha.

I am a mother though, bigtime, to my friends when I need to be. I am very protective like a mama bear.

LOL...I've TOTALLY done that, Cate. I did it to my boyfriend early on in our relationship - WAY too early to start saying "I love you" - and it was really embarrassing. He was like "What?" and I was all "Uh....nothing? SHIT SHIT SHIT he's gonna think I'm a psycho"
I've done it to my friends, too.

yeah... I do that, it slips out and then it leaves me on a limb. I just cant help it because i love PEOPLE and really cherish them and im always the one in the relationship who just worships the other. I dont know why.

Its odd how people age. One of the nice thing about getting older is seeing people you've known bet older too. SOmetimes its a bonding experience, sometimes you grow apart.

My best friend growing up used to weigh the same as me, over the last few years he has put on weight, now he weighs 90 more pounds than me...just unexpected, from kind of a social butterfly to kind of a shutin

    I hate him,

    no I don't

Right now, I'm sort of feeling lots of fondness for this one friend.

But he paid for all the drinks, so I guess that's why. [IMG]

But, no, for real. It's almost gay the amount of love I have for this dude.

I'm over the top protective with my friends and family.

It's how everyone in my family is though. My friends would probably take a back seat and chill first before they get involved, but I will step up right away...I guess it's kinda funny, they don't need protecting, especially from a small girl like me. But I try anyway:H

    PLEASE HELP!!!!

Honey it's a bar. Guys are gonna get drunk. And you're semi-hot. So guys are gonna hit on you. Go to a bar and combine the two and you got drunk guys hitting on you. No cause for alarm.
