Psychics, how can i tell if and when someone, whether i know them or not, is hacking

into my brain or subconscious or astral projecting to where i physically am, or if they are clarivoyantly or some other way gaining information as to my physical state, mental or emotional states, and how do i prevent ANYONE from accessing my brain and putting stuff in there and from basically controlling my mind?

i ask because i feel there is a guy who is a little older than me (not by much) and he could be doing one or all of the things mentioned above. i even confronted him about it and he acted like he had no ability to do any such thing but the way he replied to me was in a way to say "i can't do that...yet" so it stroke me as he's learning or practicing this stuff. either way, words aren't always the truth.
also i felt like he was putting thoughts into my brain. he has an ELECTRIC aura.
please help me.

also i have a question about spirit guides if you can help me with that one. i "meditated" when i was very comfortable once, and for some minutes, i had come into a forest and a bunny a bear and a guy my age and my height seem to be my spirit guides - can you confirm this?

oh okay but the thing is i am not usually paranoid, so me being paranoid about this guy and about feeling like i am being hacked is totally abnormal for me.

So how would you feel about being hacked by you? .. or maybe someone just like you, exactly the same in fact?
Do you feel comfortable with someone even looking in your general direction?

How strong are you in 'who you are' that you may feel swayed or controlled by someone else.
My best advise is forget about it, your probably just being paranoid and a bit obsessed with this person actually. I felt the same once, a long time ago ... and i was indeed just making it all up. The real enemy here is your own mind/personality.
Just forget it like i said, it's not real.

though i must say i'm not happy that he would try to play me like that, he does seem very fake, and that's not something i am unsure of. i know it.

 

Exactly the point I was trying to make, liquid - and a clear, insightful explanation. Fear of being "hacked" is, bottom line, discomfort with who we are. I'm being hacked all the time, 24/7...it took a bit of getting used to...well hell, I guess honestly I'm STILL getting used to it.

Also btw, just for the record, I'm not the one who posted the picture of the straitjacket.

And furthermore btw, it's nice to "see" you again, liquid. I thought maybe you'd ascended bodily into Heaven or sumthun...

i like bunnies even though i also find them really weird. i had one as a toddler who was given away before he/she died.

and i have no opinion on bears.

so theyr'e both very random. i have specific animals i am fond of, but none are bears or bunnies!
