Pulled over by the pigs...

Well I was driving home from dropping a friend off. I got about more then half way to my house when the blues came on. "Shit" was the only heard commin' out of my mouth. I'm searching through my bag for my liscense and realized by beautiful glass piece was in it's home.(a small piece holder) The cop came and said. "What did you put back in your purse?" I told him I was just looking for my liscense and tried to sound sweet of course. He took my stuff and went back to the car... I am so ignorant I didn't even take it out of my purse... I could have but thought he had no reason to search me. I actually didn't put anything in my purse at all. I really was searching for my liscense. Both coppers came back and asked to search my bag. Yes... I let them. Dumb dumb dumb... and he found it. hah "what's this?" he asked. oops... that's not mine. what does it look like? Well... the cop knew my mom so we all went to my house... and seeing as my mom smokes too, she didn't care much... but she had to act like it. It sucked. My beautiful piece Ramona got taken away me. ;( I got a week of diversion... being 15 at the time. oh well.... it's over now. But it sucked then. I'm sure you all on here have gone through the same thing or similar...

did your piece get taken by the police? If so, are you sure they have a right to do that? A glass pipe or a bong or whatever is no illegal substance, and unless the laws are different than in the UK, they can't take it away however obvious it is that you use it for toking.

Actually.... I got pulled over by the cops..because of a light out or something. I realized later on, I didn't have to let them search me. Maybe I shouldn't have... but now that I did I can't change it... and because I was under 18, I got in less trouble. I figured a fine or something... But no just a drug class for a week. They were going to make me do community service as well. But it was my first offense with weed. So they just made me take the classes. Then... it got cleared off my record. So I guess it all worked out. Although my pipe is still gone. But I'll remember it.

yes that is true..... really stinks... but hey..life goes on.

 

If they have residue on them, then it's illegal. Something else really stupid, your lighter will count as paraphanelia, too. Gotta love America.

ya never let em search you they need one of two things, your permission or a warrant, always make them get a warrant cause most cops dont have the time to get one anyways.
