just thought i'd give a testimonial towards these fab cd's. they have a kids collection. the cds are awesome compilations from a specific place - africa, a world reggae (my fav), latin, etc. anyways, i know lots of parents who just love the cds - they definitely promote consciousness. check em out. i have no reason to promote the music other than that it's so good and your kids will start singing these beautiful latin and african songs.! they've got a website (can't remember but it should be easy to find) or a lot are sold at the whole foods market.
we have the whole collection at my library. They are pretty popular. And a lot of fun. I think many libraries have them available for check out.
