I'm not a mother, but I'm guessing that about 100% of mothers know or feel that there sons masturbate, especially after they reach puberty. This is not a problem as long as your mother feels that masturbation is normal and natural. She probably waited until you finished as not to embarrass you by her "catching you in the act".
