Ok guys , how do u like to meet girls too

Anyway , I'll rephrase this

"Guys and girls how do u like to meet the opposite sex for either dating or a one night stand or whatever"

Is it:-

1)through work or college

2)through friends or family

3)chance meetings in the street / on trains and stuff
eg the grocery shop and the old "look at the melons on that"

4)dating websites/ speed dating and that sort of stuff

5)trendy pulling bars
- "cold pulling" a stranger

6) the local pub /bar
-introductions or a cold pull

7)noisy clubs and bars
cold pull or other?

8)mutual hobbies and interests - online or offline?

9)any other ways?

What are your views on the different methods?
Are you naturally suspicious about someone u pull in a club
or cautious about a work colleague etc?

Waffling on a side point I actually wonder will the art of pulling ever become obsolete - maybe like nice handwriting could go/went with computers taking over?

I feel that internet dating is too clinical , but some people ( very eligible too)
feel that it is the way ahead and the old rituals of the pick up and seduction could become obsolete in the future.

wtf is "cold pulling"?

Almost all of my boyfriends, I've met over the internet. One I went to high school with, and another I met in a bar, but the rest have all been from the internet. A coupel from dating sites and others from just networking sites (ie myspace I don't troll for people to date, it's more for meeting new people than anything else)

 

cold pulling is when u ( either a guy or a girl) picks up/ dates /whatever someone they met without any prior contact or introduction.

It comes from the phrase "cold calling" when a telephone salesman contacts someone they dont know , or had not been introduced to.

 

through friends or hobbies etc. I like to have gotten to know them first, so I avoid pulling people in bars and clubs, well I don't avoid, I just don't do it nor succumb to it easily.

 

I'm 31, and single, with never any success in securing a date - just gaining more friends, so I haven't a clue, but I have met some lovely guys through work, and via the internet.

My friends have met guys at pubs and bars, but they haven't worked out, as generally the guy, once the novelty wore off, was back in the pub every night and that wasn't where my friends wanted to be.

I have an open mind on it all. I don't believe there is a right or wrong way to meet. As long as both parties are happy, then it's all good.

If someone catches your eye, then go for it, but guard your heart until you know the score.

 

oh i'd love to meet a gorgeous guy in a grocery shop, or street or bus station.. something Very casual, just for sex!

Paintitblack - tell them their fly is open....then smile, and say you said that because you just wanted to start a conversation with them. They will be so shocked that they might just invite you for coffee.
