Go outside for sure. It can still be aweome indoors, but walking around in some woods is just wonderful.

All I can say, is that when they kicked in on my first trip, I wish I had some way of knowing just how completley strange you feel. Your in for some crazy shit But, fun crazy shit, like I say, choo choo train to la la land

Try that if you don't like the taste...stuff a handful in your mouth then take a big bite of banana. Always found it is the best food to go with shrooms.
