Quick question

    How much weight can you lose in a week by not eating, or eating very little or just fruit? I know that it is very unhealthy and not something anyone should really go about doing, but i need to know?

    i lost ten lbs in 4 days when i didnt eat or sleep once (there was a valid reason, i wasnt trying to) but i was miserable and passed out cold at one point when i stood up, from low blood sugar i think. just be careful. if you're going to do this, dont go out any do anything because you may wake up with a bunch of frantic people standing over you asking if you're okay.

    i'd guesstamate around 15-25 pounds for the average individual

    Well you would most likely gain it all back from starving your body so it doesn't matter

    yeah by not eating your body thinks your starving, so when you finally do eat it will store the calories as fat.
