I quit FB last year when my account got stolen, some one posted porn on all the pages of my friends list, even my dads page lmao, then my brothers friend showed me how easy it is to get into other peoples accounts there, I don't use it anymore!

fb is so old that its growing more mushroom mold than shroomery.org..

 

I just started it but I like that I can connect with all my old friends.. from all over, so its really cool like that, but I dont even sign in or anything I just check my email for notifications or anything..

 

I've tried deleting my facebook and myspace several times but they still havent sent me any email notifications to end the account. So if I dont get the email in a couple days I'm posting a picture of balls as my profile pic. That will surely get it deleted.

 

I never for a second caught on to the whole social network thing. I never saw the point. Just HP's and Messenger. I don't even own a cell phone. Fuck the technology revolution. I'm a man of the Earth, not a man of the Machine.

Me and my one friend keep contact through Facebook, but neither of us checks it very often, so it doesn't work too well.

 

That's why don't join. In this day of stolen identities, why make it easier when people can just randomly cruise your page? I know, you can keep it privat, but FB just made that more difficult turning off the default privacy mode and allowing your info to hit internet pages you surf (or at least that's what I understand about the changes they recently made). And when someone can break into an account, and some people keep very detailed personal information in there, it just seems like asking for trouble.

Also, if you are looking for or have a job, you never know if an employer might go looking at your FB page, get offended, not hire you or fire you. My private life is private. I only share with people I choose.

 

I originally made my facebook to keep in touch with people.
