I like the Ukraine and would like to visit someday maybe. I dont know who or what is Baxter labs is. I am generaly against chemical spraying exept for extreme emergency. Vaccines I generaly think are good things(put the breaks on polio). Plague I am completely against in all forms .
Polio would have died out with or without the vaccine. It was better health practises that 'put the breaks on polio,' not the vaccine.
