for me anyway.. i can loaf around here and not feel guilty about it.. as a added bonus its nice and cool and that nasty sun isnt shining.. i love rainy days!!
it does us no good to order pizza,,we would still have to drive 8 miles to meet the delivery man.. lol we do have the oven fired up today though,, cookies, then a couple loaves of sourdough bread,,then who knows,,we may make a pizza...
Right on! Rain is generally soothing for me, it's a wonderful experience to just watch it come down and feel my cares wash away. I mellow out to the rain, definately. ~ Emilie
F birds. go take a look at your car. I bet it has bird shit all over it. See it's raining and these dumb ass birds are still singing. I want snow. Peace
i suspect there are lots of threads about it because it's been rainy as hell around here lately... i'm sure you'd love it... personally, i like the dark windy period just before it rains, but i'm more or less indifferent to the rain itself...
Well everybody else is too. Why not them ? Have fun with the rain and these parasites you call birds. Peace
there not parasites. they dont feed off of us,they are self sustaining,,unlike your ghetto birds that leach off humans to survive..
I don't have any ghetto birds. I don't live in the city. I live in the suburbs. These thing's are brown and blue and some are orange and brown. And yes they live off of us. My chick feeds these damn thing's. Hows the rain going ? Peace
All this talk of rain, now It is raining here. Nice one guys. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/ukweather/midlands/
rainy days are fine except when it is something like 18 in a row! seriously, at some part of each day out of the past 18 it has rained at some point Enough already! more summer
well its not actually raining at all,,it just rained all night and is supposed to rain later and its cloudy and wet out.. close enough to rainy to give me a excuse to loaf.. besides i earned it.. spent all day yesterday working on the root cellar..
root cellar for storing vegetables through the winter.. potatoes,cabbage,,onions,turnips,carrots.. etc..think of it as our produce department.. we dug into a north facing ridge and are making a 7 foot by 7 foot room for it.. all done except for the back filling.. should only take about 80 hours of shoveling dirt into buckets, toting it up the hill and redistributing it on top and around the room.. yay..
