I came up with this recipe a couple of days ago. It turned out a lot better than I thought it would. The cheese melts and mixes well when you do it like I describe below. You can also divide the recipe in half with just one package of Ramen noodles.

    Ramen Noodle Mac N Cheese.

2 packages of 3oz. (85g) noodles from Ramen Noodle Soup
1½ cup Milk/Cream and Water mix
    8 slices Cheese Singles
a couple of pats of Butter
dash of Cayenne and Ground Pepper

▪︎ Put two packages of Ramen Noodle Soup noodles in microwave-safe bowl and pour milk/cream, water mix over all. Cover and microwave about 4 minutes. Cover with slices of cheese singles and butter and microwave another 30 seconds to melt cheese. Mix well and cover again. Allow to cool and thicken for about 15 minutes.

I like 2 packs of Ramen, lose the flavor packet (too much salt and such), add one can of canned chicken, some green onions and some thick teriyaki sauce.
Even though it is VERY cheap - it's great.

Also had to add: I found an easy way to make ordinary mac n cheese recently too. My problem was that for most of those mixes you had to boil water on the stove and then drain the noodles, etc. But I found using my method above, heat, wait, heat, etc., that works too. The noodles were still a little firm. But with a little more heating that should be no problem.
