I wanted to share my little random act of kindess story. Yesterday I was cleaning my kitchen and realized I have SO MANY ingredients to make cookies, so I made a batch of cookies and brought them in to work. Everyone appreciated it so much, it was such a big deal and I didn't expect that positive response! Anyway, I wanted to share. These kinds of things are raelly rewarding, and it can really make someone's day.
I try and be nice by PMing everyone a little "Happy Birthday" message when it's their birthday on the HipCalander. I'm starting to think it just annoys most of them though... oh well, i try! Love, Courtney
I like to buy food and coffee for homeless people whenever I'm in Toronto. I try to do at least one kind thing every day. Good karma.
I do that too sometimes, give a guy a sandwich when I can. I used to volunteer at a youth group in highschool where we'd take 2 or 3 days a year to make sandwiches and wander Toronto to hand them out....
Once I bought fresh Krispy Creams for everybody in my office. I heard those bioches talking about me while they ate my donuts. I hate( dislike very much) my co-workers. They suck.
In general, I find people to be unappreciative assholes, so I don't go out of my way to make other people happy. Now if people start going out of their way to make me happy, then I might reconsider.
i try to do nice things for people, when i can, but i also find that most people couldn't care less. actually, strangers seem to appreciate kindness, but friends/coworkers/family members seem to think you owe them.
You people sound happy. You know how I feel about happy people. Your names have been added to THE LIST Except Pressed Rat and NODRAMAMAMA, We tighter than panty hoses two sizes small. I'm wit you. F*ck them BIOTCHES!!!!!!!!!
