got a huge letter in the mail today

it was so big they folded it in half to get it in the box


i unfolded it and there was a big yellow sticker on the front that said "do not bend"

 

I'm feeling a little better sat in my moms room where it was cool then watch my story then took a warm bath now I will go upstairs take a couple last hits before my mom comes home tonight I think I feel good enough to workout for a little while.

 

oh man.. there was a pretty crazy flood happening here yesterday...
took me an hour to get home from the gym.. when it would usually just take me like 15 minutes.. then when i got to my street there were 4 cars stuck in the flood... and the water was pretty deep.. then.. we had a black out throughout all of the gta.

never seen a flood like this of 22 years of living here..

but today everythings back to normal. lol

Another hot and humid day...yuck!!!

 

here too...its cooled down a bit but still sticky

 

It gets sunny and hot here every day, then rains every afternoon...like being at a beach in Florida without the sand, sun, ocean, pool, seafood, beautiful people, seabirds, nightlife, etc...

Humid as a sweat room...bugs...yuck.

Pretty much sucking.

Just came in from riding my bicycle...

i just came in from having lunch at the lake

it was windy but nice because no one else was there...some ducks swam by a few times and there was a boat out setting up buoy lines looks like they might be setting up for a marathon swim or a canoe contest

also there was a windsurfer dude just a flying back and forth...it looked fun but i doubt id have the energy to ever try that

 

they have those standing rafts now. I think I want one to go up the creek without a paddle, but a long stick..

 

i see those lots too...but not on windy days

its like a shallow kayak but they stand on it...

a lot of the instructors use them when theyre helping people learn canoeing and windsurfing

 

Raining here right now...Its not going to be as humid tomorrow...

wonder if you could put a motor on them..
