spending the night at my dad tonight I told him I have therapy this morning and would call him after I get done so I have time to get my stuff together so he could pick me up. I feel a little bit better I guess, since the doc called in my valium

 

Ugh, I hate being up early. I wish I was a morning person, and I'm not even productive when I'm up early.
I just sit there in zombie mode...

I ate too much chocolate last night so I'm also in zombie mode.

 

Started raining here, so I had to take the laundry off the clothesline, its not dry yet so after the rain passes I'm going to hang it out again...

87F, Im doing better than I thought I would do in the heat.. maybe new meds working.

 

They just adjusted my meds not long ago

 

for breakfast i had candy and tostitos chips..

then for lunch i went to greek town and got some sushi. lol

 

took out stud earring to clean and put in strait bar for few hours.

soak in hydrogen peroxide.. you can see filth coming off earrings... not doing this for 6 weeks they say? sick dude... i will put the studs back in, in a few hours

They should cook that stuff... Seriously!

 

to far inland for sushi .. while I like it, I only like very fresh sushi, like right out of the sea, tank kind.. besides Id rather roll a joint..
