I have a random memory of:
In 2006 at a rainbow gathering in Modoc California the Hip Forums had a tent set up for people who were forum members to meet up and say hi in person to each other if they wanted. I had traded someone something for some mushrooms and went wandering in the dark. I stumbled on the hip forum tent area but since I was shrooming in the dark all I could do was hang out and trip and say nothing haha...

    What's your random memory?

I keep having a random memory of when I was in 7th grade in CT (lived there for a brief time) and this girl I became friends with tried committing suicide by drinking Windex.

That friendship ended real quick after that.

I remember handing out apples at the 2006 rainbow gathering in Modoc California Hip forums tent. I gave one to this girl who was shrooming and when ours hands met there was this static spark and she said she would be forever known as applespark.

I didn't had out any windex though.

I was 5 or so and my father and I were traveling to cali from Ok to live and we drove the entire way. We stopped to rest and he bought me a kit-kat! Excited I ate the entire thing. when we got back on the road he asked for a piece and I had selfishly eaten it all.. he said.. "I am joking son" and laughed but I never forgot... that coupled with remembering actually being hungry without food as a kid a few times I still cant eat in front of people that may not have access to food immediately.. kinda weird and sometimes annoying. If I am snacking I always offer anyone I am with some but the problem is people sometimes wont except, they may just not be hungry but I always wonder if they are just being polite like I was as a kid and I can never finish my damn snack..lol

i remember being at this party once where i didn't really know anyone and waiting for the toilet, after waiting for ages this girl from the flat came up and asked me "is anyone in there? have you knocked?" so i did, no one was in there, i'd been waiting ten minutes outside an empty toilet. she looked at me like a fucking idiot.

later that night, we moved from the party to a shit club and had to get the elevator down to the ground floor of the block of flats this party was in. me and a few friends were in the elevator, the door started to close and i see the same girl running for the elevator, so i stick my foot out to keep the doors open. except it really looked like i deliberately put my foot out to trip her while she was running and she faceplanted into the back wall of the elevator.

    we didn't talk after that.

literally every time i see someone on tv or online or in real life trip someone up. i think of that memory, and how it just made me think "i'm never being invited to this house again", and i cringe a little.

I recall being afraid of those power line poles as a kid because I'd thought if you touched them, you would get electrocuted. One afternoon a mate of mine hugged one of the poles to prove to me that it was untrue. Very sweet of her, but she did give me shit for making her feel like an idiot afterwards. :p

I have a lot of random memories that come popping up into my head. The most recent random one was from a couple years ago when my brother and I were going on a smoke ride. We started driving past this lady that was walking, and I told my brother to wait to hit the bowl until we passed the lady (me being paranoid). Well as we're driving past my brother rolls down the window and yells "We're smoking weed!!!" I was kinda pissed, but it was really funny.

When my friend's kid was 6 years old (he's probably about 13 now, holy shit), he got in trouble in kindergarten for singing "I like it when you call me Big Poppa!" in class and on the playground. Haha, I was just thinking of smoking a bowl with his mom so long ago while he was at school and she was telling us about it because it was the first time he wasn't around so she could actually laugh about it. lol
