I know they did this sort of thing a long time ago, but that is because technology was interfering with religion and that is not a justified reason. Some scientist will by accident suffer from a near-death experience. Then he would create a controlled experiment to recreate that situation and from that record what people see when they die and come back to life. That would lead to the answer of life after death and following that the end of all religions. Society will be run depending on the outcome. There will be giant gaps in the o zone layer but we will produce our own artificial one. People would be aware that the sun will get too big and blow up the Earth so they plan to travel to a far away galaxy. Our satellites would pick up radio waves of aliens and we would communicate with each other. People would befriend aliens from other planets because they too would be non-hostile because they are developed as we are (assuming they mastered the use of radio waves). But Global takes over the Fox feed for some primetime shows. So you're on teh channel for Fox, but actually watching Global. It happens all the time. Radio stations don't do this.

It's called "simulcast". It's when an American station (Fox) which we recieve in Canada is playing the same program as a Canadian station) Global. They just put the Global signal on both stations so that the people watching Fox in Canda are subjected to Candian commercials from Global. Sometimes you see advertisements for other stations becuase they are all owned by the same parent company. Radio stations do this too, if you listen, but not as often, because they don't advertise radio programs very often on the radio.

But the one thing id like you to realise is that advancement in technology has never led to more peace. that must come from advancement of sociology, which is independant of technology and time. 'independant of time? what? but surely after a while people will get there!' this is true. but if you look back into history, every single case of peace has ended. we must never lose our abilty for conflict, we simple need to learn to keep conflict mature, sensible, and fair. yes, conflict can be fair. boxing is conflict, and it is fair. war is conflict and it is pretty much never fair.
