I'm interested in becoming a raw foodist and I was wondering what is the best way to go about it, what foods should I eat and advice and things like that ...Thanks!

raw foodism is when you only eat foods that have not been cooked in temperatures hotter then 180 degrees. So you can warm-soak beans and blanch certain vegetables to eliminate Ecoli risks. You can also eat sushi..because it's raw...if you are worried about not getting the vitamins that fish are chock full of.

I eat alot veggies, fruits, salads, smoothies...it's hard though unless you only eat whole foods because there are some "processed" foods that claim to be raw, only for you to find out that they have, indeed, been cooked. Like..never by store-made bean dips...because rather then the beans being soaked to softness and then blended...they are boiled to mushiness. and that's not raw.

I drink lots of water, lemonade, fresh squeezed juices...you can buy organic juices that are fortified with calcium, and tea.

I feel fantastic..I dont feel like my arteries are clogged or that I'm retaining a bunch of water.
