Really Bizzarre street festival

does anyone know where this festival is -
its totally bizzarre

 

ok, honestly, that was the LAST thing i expected when i clicked!!!
i've never seen anything like it, but i bet its in LA somewhere, at least in california!

 

no actualy i believe thst was a guy in the mummers parade in philly he also has been jointman dressed as a jiant joint..the joint smoked and the dick came...
when he spurted confetti cum on some up tight born again types i think they arrressted him..
i havent gone to the parade in years but it was today..dunno if hes still doin dshit or not tho

 

why does he do it? is he trying to get a point across, or is he just doing it to be funny?

No, I've seen comics with this guy. He's a mascot for an organization promoting safe sex, focusing on gay men. I forget what the organization is though...

both seattle and of course the (san francisco) bay area have similar and are well known for them. there is a folsum street faire, folsum street in san francisco, not the town of folsum, which is some kind of a gay rights thing. i live a little over hundred miles from there, most of my life even further, so i've never actualy been to it.

i remember seing a couple of years ago some kind of a think up in seattle, pictures of it on the net somewhere, with nude bycylists (wearing only body paint, quite bright, colorful, and decorative body paint, to where you had to look twice to realize they weren't actulay wearing anything else). obviously this had to be some kind of a protest demonstration against something, but it was before the g5 or g8 or whatever it was, summit was held there, so i don't know what it was. then of course you might see something like that occasionaly at burning man too.

there are lots of places in this world where you might see all kinds of things.
probably needs to be a lot more of them.
