I had the best dream ever this morning. The problem is I don't remember it. Sometimes I can guess what my dream was about and get it back little by little but no such luck this time. Do you know of anyway to remember dreams?

Keep a dream journal, immediately upon awakening, write down EVERYTHING you can remember about any dreams you had while you slept. Do it everytime you sleep/dream, and after a while you'll start to remember more and more... :D

What Soulless Chaos said, but don't jump up too fast to do this... if at all possible, wake naturally and just lay there for a bit remembering before you start to get up, turning on the light, looking for paper and pen, etc...

I remember loads more when I wake naturally than when I have to use an alarm clock, and also when I get to stay in bed for a bit rather than getting up and rushing into 'life' again.

i tried writing down dreams, but usually all i can do is try to remember it, and relish it as it slowly fades away. You can always hope to dream again.

I've had great luck going back to sleep. When I wake up after a great dream and start forgetting it I lay back down as soon as possible and alot of it usually comes back to me. Sometimes just closing my eyes and laying in bed without falling asleep brings some pictures back. But take everyones advice and start somewhere.
