i need to replace dilaudid consomation by another opiate, i'm in france and the doctor give me methadone but it doesen't work, the pain is so big i let metha for buy heroin and the pain's gone, if anyhone know another opiate less strong the heroin who could stop the pain, please answer
ask him to put you on Opana ER 40mg twice a day (60 a month)... plus 10mg oxycodone, 1 every 6 hours for break thru pain (120 a month).
I would say if you are having chronic pain, you should ask your doctor for Oxycodone or Opana extended release form. If you're having breakthrough pain, you can ask your doctor for instant release form as well. Your doc should know the dosage for those. Know that these WILL work for your pain, and that they also have tremendously high recreational value. If your going to abuse them, MAKE SURE you know every precaution there is, because mental and physical withdrawal symptoms for these type of Opiates is pure hell, and can start within weeks of frequent use.
I agree. Opana ER plus Oxycodone IR (aka Roxicodone) for breakthrough pain. It is a popular combination these days and Opana is more reliable orally than Hydromorphone, which is most effective IV. Also consider Fentanyl transdermal system or even good old fashioned Extended Release Morphine Sulfate.
Not that I'm giving this as a recommendation, but isn't Heroin acually LEGAL in Europe? Just curious because you said your selling your Dilaudid for Heroin cause it works.
