So, last night I went and saw the movie on some considerably potent edibles. My friend and I split and ate the entire batch. Then, to top it off we smoked a quick bowl or two(can't remember) of kief from the grinder in the parking lot after we bought our tickets... I was on my ass the entire time But about the movie now... It was decent. The ending was shit, but the action scenes were worth it. Especially in 3D. The biggest complaint I have about this movie is that there was too much boring/useless dialogue. But then again, I was blazed. During these scenes I just closed my eyes and enjoyed the CEVs. Good shit. Did anyone else see this movie yet? What is your opinion on it?
I don't think I've liked a single Resident Evil movie yet, and I don't think I've ever not liked a single Resident Evil video game... But yeah, I'm sure my partner will drag me to see this... Usually the 3-d is enough to get me by... Thanks for the review!
Ok, I actually went to see it last night. =D Obviously this is no masterpiece and I doubt that the filmmakers meant it to be. As far as a Resident Evil movie this is probably the coolest one I've seen and it even felt kinda like a video game, which most have tried to stray from. However, even for a 'popcorn flick', some of the dialouge is a bit cringe worthy. And as others have said, the 3-D action scenes is what makes it worth a look. So if your a fan of the video game or the series or don't mind a cheesey but dark action flick, you could most likely get some enjoyment out of this... If this doesn't sound like you, that stay clear of this one.
There was supposed to be some kind of story about the Axe Man and they just made him like some a-hole who banged on the door. Ali Larter was hot though!
Yeah, been watched that movie. My opinion is one of the best in the franchise. I can't wait for part 5. Mila Jovovich is best fit for the role of Alice.
