So since march i have prolly eaten around thirty hits of acid, but the last time i did it i was also doing whip its and ever since then whenever i get stoned my neck starts to feel weird my right ear starts to ring and i will occasionally flash back( i used to flashback more but i took a break from tripping and they flashbacks have decreased) but what im really concerned about is my neck feeling tense and tight and my ringing ear, anyone else experience this or know what could be causing this? thanks for your time guys

Just remember, there is a fine line between Tinnitus and Aum.
Just like there is an even finer, indistinguishable line between God and insanity.
It's all in how you receive the experience. A lady in her 60's who grew up in Monterey and was known as the mescaline queen lol once told me that when your ears start ringing, God is directing you to mediate.
But so many of us have fear of the unknown that we classify perceived abnormalities and attempt to medicate what we believe to be a problem. When you medicate a social problem, all responsibility is taken away from everyone but the individuals isolated and therefor so are the cognitive liberties, and when you medicate a spiritual 'condition', you in fact devolve back before the Dark Ages, being that we are in the darkest age right now. We just like to think we have a handle on our own progessive evolution, and are blinded by ignorance and inflated delusions of self confidence.

I would say, from my own experience, that if you are experiencing a constant, or even off and on ringing in the ears, ringing as in bells, chimes, or high pitched tones resembling those which come under intoxication through substances such as alcohol or n20, then you may have what is Tinnitus, or what is believed to be caused by damage to the acoustic nerve, or even a result of a temporomandibular joint disorder (which doctors have revealed to me that I am an increasing suffer from), but it is nearly impossible to diagnose such a disorder when it is not directly linked with an objective source.

If you hear the ringing when there is silence, I am of the opinion that this is not tinnitus but rather increased sensitivity to not only your physical enviorment but also your internal dialogue and bodily processes. If you hear the ringing sound when there is loud noises, and the loud noises are at times drowned out by the ringing, then you most likely have suffered from a physical damage, like musicians who play intensley loud concerts repetitivley, or from soldiers/marines who have worked on aircraft carriers hearing the jets and planes go off day in day out.
But if the sounds are that of an indescribable nature, a sort of phasing/warping/distortion effect on both received sounds from nature and occuring entirely within the mind, I believe that you are tuning into a higher state of consciousness and this is the background fuzz which comes with it. There is no such thing as a clean break, and when you start going into deeper stages of meditation and even lower levels of samadhi, these sounds as well as vibrant dancing neon visions start to emerge outside of your own will. Much different from mental imagery, imagination and daydreaming, these audio/visual accomplices to the the breaking away from human psyche are very real, and very distracting. The only thing we have close to describing this 'noise' from any culture which is commonly understood but rarely totally experienced, is the Aum, or Om, but unlike most things we give names to, this one is the most diverse and personal/impersonal. We can fail at relaying dreams, or visions, or moments of epiphany during acid trips, and still come to the realization that makes everyone smile during even the most frightening trip, the understanding that "I dont know what this is, but I know that you know that we both know we are experiencing the same ineffable phenomenon."
Om is the same thing, much like the word God, something which is universally understood, yet so poorly comprehended, something which all civilizations and individual men have pondered, the idea coming out of nothing other than profound fascination, marvelling at the structure and infinitley complex patterns behind Nature. But unlike God, Om is said to be nothing more than an emanation of God, a thought bubble, a brilliant sound which danced forth from the transcendental spiritual side, and was the very bridge into the manifested physical side. Think of the Big Bang, and then think of our universe, and then think of God. Om is the allowance of one into the other, from God to creation, and from you to God.
This is the Holy Spirit, the permeating grid, the saturating life breath, the source of cosmic consciousness, and the vibrational dimension hidden behind the intentions of the material world. Om is, in short, absolutley everything, and nothing at the same time. It is the epitomy of maya, because it can lead to God (if approached without reservation and dogma) but can also lead to delusional nonsense.
Whatever God is or is not is not for us to decide, but the fact remains for anyone with the ability to step outside of themselves and peek into the side of the mind which initially bring intense pangs of fear and trepidation, there is something MUCH greater than us, and it is a painfull slow process of not only human and all life to awaken to it, but for us as individuals, nothing brings as much isolation, harassment, feelings of self doubt and an overwhelming anxiety settling on our awareness like snow falling in slow motion, than the spiritual path.
What must be remembered at all times, is that although you may have worries and feel alienated because you are expericing mental irregularities which regular society and the medical societal culmination throughout histroy can not believe in, much less understand, you are a pioneer of your mind, of all of our minds. It always takes the balls of an ecstatic self assured genious to push humanity closer to the truth, and yet for whatever reasons we still are made to feel unwelcome, to feel improper and are for the most part forced to abandon the daring dreams we have in our youth so that we may fall into line and accept our fear of death like so many older folks have.
But fearing death is no reason to love life, likewise worrying about mental irregularities rather than accepting them and exploring them as possible higher states of consciousness is no reason to embrace sober machinery.

Sorry that I got so far off into my thoughts there but I felt the need to share. In short, I would advise that you work on removing your worries about the ringing in your ears and focus on the pain your experiencing in your neck and jaw. This is, typically, and obvious indication that you are developing TMJ, but how bad it gets depends on eating habits, how active your lifestyle is, and your bodies structure.
If you have severe ringing and intense headaches, and I mean intense as in worse than migraines, you are in for some serious pain and should get several diagnosis. But if you just get a stiff neck, an aching jaw, hear trippy sounds and have fucked up thoughts when you smoke herb or even contemplate reality and your position in it while sober, then you are just a person growing, starting to have the normal pains of the body and the bizarre thoughts of the deranged, in which case welcome to the club.
We are moving very quickly to the light but in our personal perception, we are moving slowly, mostly due to the hopes that realizing truth will come of it's own will rather than being grown to fuition by our personal accord. You are the one who decided to take LSD, this is the result, and we have to accept responsibility for our own actions. Check out a dentist and suggest that you want to look into possible TMJ and have a nice day fellow space cadet.
The Farce is with you, God bless

I haven't done enough acid to be able to relate ringing ears to acid but,
I remember when I was around 6-8 years old, I would have these dreams. It would involve whatever I was dreaming about, but sometimes I would get this really loud buzzing noise in my head. It was really intense and it felt as if my head was going to explode from this buzzing.

Ok , well by experience i can tell you this cause it happens to me.
When I'm about to have and OBE(Out of Body Experience) I hear this strong ringing noisee
really strong.so strong it actually hurts, its like you listening to "Silence" in another state of mind, you hear those vibrations/like a frequency... also true that my body gets paralyzed i cannot move from whatever position I'm on when it happens as if theres some type of magnetic force(matter fact energy) that is keeping me paralyzed.Like someone mentioned above. You should meditate, it seems like its a sign for you to do so.

as you approach om, you first notice it as a ringing in the ears. Then it goes... voop... I can't type the noise, but something sort of pops, slides, and then you become aware the ringing is infinitely reverbing in a spacial area around your perception.

    and relayer, when you said
"If you have severe ringing and intense headaches, and I mean intense as in worse than migraines, you are in for some serious pain and should get several diagnosis."

Can you talk more about what you mean with that? Because in the last 6 months I've started developing headaches that seem to be escalating, the ringing is associated with it. I've pondered extensively if it has anything to do with meditation, like kundalini burning its way through my brain.

Sure, I was referring to a development of TMJ and possibly cluster headaches, which are more or less, the most intense pain a human being can experience and live through. So if someone is experiecing severe neckaches and headaches already, one should definitley get that checked out asap.

The ear ringing thing is usually from too much liquid in your inner ear, it shouldnt be from smoking that wouldnt make sense, but who knows. Try taking muccinex or something to see if it unclogs your "ear draining tubes" for lack of the medically correct term lol...

I've dropped around 50 times. I often hear sirens while frying, but nothing else and not when I'm sober. The ringing could be from anything tho. Maybe an inner-ear infection even. I used to get those as a kid and would get pretty bad ringing sometimes. Does it come and go?

cluster headaches means you might qualify for LSA and other similar drugs experimentally or otherwise.

meaning i could be part of a psychedelic study if i did have cluster headaches, well if cluster headaches are what they sound like i might have them, i do occasionally get headaches that seem to be in a specific area rather than my whole head

You would know if you had them.
One early warning sign is finding yourself laying on the floor pounding a hammer into the side of your head and begging for death to avoid the pain.
