...to join the circus! I saw Cirque Du Soleil last Sunday! it was amazing.... I wanna run away to join the circus but I am really really clumsy and not flexible at all.... There goes that dream....
i like to believe that there is a circus persona in all of us i'd be a lion tamer. only thing i would be worried about is getting my head bitten off . however, if that happened then i could join the freak show
Maybe you should take some yoga classes and get your flexibility better. Don't give up on something if you truely want to do it!
My uncle Juch ran away with the circus. Of course, he is a child molestor that still, after 5 years, doesn't know his dad is dead.

that all sounds pretty wonderful...we could always just make our own traveling circus...or FREAKSHOW! Oh it'll be so good! I can form some crazy physical oddity and sit in a cage growling viciously while people gawk and gasp in horror! Oh wow, I'm just getting totally turned on here...I know what I'm thinking about before bed tonight...*sigh*

Cique du Soleil seems like a very organised, business-like circus. I doubt they'd really let any runaway join them, but I don't know of course. You'd have more chance with a smaller circus, and if you're not an acrobat-type of person, you might try for another position, even if you're not actually to be onstage. They'll need people behind the screens as well. I hope it works out for you!
you have to go to circus school to join cirque du soleil and it takes 3 years... i've been looking into it .... and i may end up doing it bwahahahaha ~

i'm already in that boat though... stupid university, next year i'm taking the year off to do something, it's either circus school, or habitat for humanity/world youth...decisions....
