She looked like an older woman maybe 30-40. But she walked into the grocery store barefoot. I wasn't planning on doing any barefoot shopping today, but after seeing another barefooteer, every other store that I went to I went barefoot!
that's great, a sign of spring in the air. however, barefooted_in_iowa, an "older woman maybe 30-40", you are making this barefooter feel ancient, lol.
Yup, 30-40 is still youth, but it's all relative. And all depending on the attitudes of the person. I still feel young---whether I actually still look that way is up to the beholder!
i guess i should have said "older than me" lol. but 30-40 isn't ancient. now 50 is another story! (kidding)
Well, i'm 55 and have just done an eight mile cross country hike with 39 shod hikers, most of whom struggled to keep up. So there!
Well, I don't hit the big 5-0 for a few weeks, but I don't consider myself old. Experienced - Yes! Old - No Way!
