Seriously...What Have I Done?

I'm sorry but I didn't know where else to put this. This has really been bothering me the past few years now and it's really starting to get to me.

Okay, This morning I was spending the day alone like usual but I switched to VH1 and they had "my collest years" where all these people would talk about what they did in high school. I mean they would go on and on about having casual sex, drug use, drinking, going here and there etc. ect. I don't come from a extremly protective household or anything but at this point I am seventeen years old in my junior year of high school and what do I have to show for it? OH Well I made out once! and...uh I took one puff of a bong, lol I can just see myself when I am my moms age telling me kids what a fun and wild childhood I had interuptuing the teacher once or screaming in the courtyard. lol well obviosuly I am exagerating a little but still I am surruounded by all my friends who do crazy stuff like being able to car pool with a bunch of other kids and just have fun downtown, I envy that SOOO much, I'm sorry about rambling on like this, I just wanna know what you guys think.

i havent really done anything either

kinda well i sorta have but nothing too exciting

 

i had the same problem, you just have to take a chance and do something fun even if it might be a little 'bad.'
this one time my parents went to england for a week. they had my great-grandma come over to catch up w/ me and my sister & 'supervise us'. she's practically deaf & goes to sleep at like 4pm. so i knew i had an opportunity to do something very fun. i should say now that my dad has a fridge & bar stocked w/ every kind of liqour imaginable. so, since i don't really have a whole lot of friends & prefer to just chill w/ a few people. i called over 3 friends & we proceeded to shoot a hell of a lot of vodka, and just mess around. then we went out & smoked a little at this park.
... some more fun adventures happened there but i'll spare you of that.
then my parents got home & i'd done a crappy job of cleaning & they put two and two together. they weren't even mad, i wasn't punished they just told me to not do it again.
the point of all this is that you just have to take chances, what's the point of living if you're not living it?

Yeah, last year when I was a junior I'd done absolutely nothing...This year I've definately had a few exciting nights though, next year I'm hoping will be even better. Doing stuff though really doesn't make life much more exciting, it's all in your attitude and stuff, trust me.

Yeah I see what you guys are saying I just need to bite the bullet and DO IT! I mean I'm a good guy I am not gonna get totally wasted or anything like that and there is no reason my parents can't trust me to do the right thing so the hell with them!
